    The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for providing the design, implementation and support of mission critical enterprise applications. These applications are products critical to the sales and business team in the planning, preparation and day-to-day management of ARCO/Murray projects. This role will support, integrate, and customize ARCO/Murray’s utilization of Salesforce (lightly customized), Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam and more.

    • Working with various business units and superusers to understand existing product functionality
    • Determining the gaps in functionality between businesses and systems to develop a workflow that will meet the needs of the team with minimal product customizations
    • Functional configuration of the products
    • Training of both office and field staff, in all geographic locations
    • Tier II/III product support
    • Working with business principals to determine future needs, researching tools and technologies to stay abreast of trends and provide a competitive edge
    • Management of SaaS deployments – licensing, user access and rights, auditing, module rights


    • 3-5 years of technology experience
    • Bachelor’s degree – preferred in MIS, CS or other science related discipline
    • Extensive experience with application implementation and integrations
    • Must have experience utilizing REST APIs or other system integration tools
    • Experience with SQL strongly preferred
    • Must have strong experience with 1 of the following:
    • Strong aptitude for learning – the person will be a SME on our business along with many of our technical applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills – must be able to interact with a variety of people and personalities from recent college grads to industry veterans and field personnel
