    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Partner with the talent acquisition team to create and implement a strategic sourcing strategy for all talent needs
    • Research and source potential candidates through internet searches, job boards, and various industry-related sources
    • Review profiles/resumes to qualify potential candidates
    • Submit leads into iCIMS applicant tracking system
    • Monitor job boards and set up online alerts in specific industry sectors
    • Work with various talent acquisition vendors from LinkedIn, iCIMS, Zoom, and others to build and maintain relationships to better enhance internal cohesiveness, performance, and understanding
    • Continuously find potential learning opportunities in the recruiting/sourcing sector
    • Participate in individual and team training on newly discovered sourcing strategies and talent acquisition updates
    • Assist the talent acquisition team with other various administrative tasks

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Recruiting research and/or sourcing experience for an in-house corporate recruiting team
    • Ability to drive research strategy, review passive candidates, and understand new industries quickly
    • Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
    • Ability to focus and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent communication and high-level of customer service for internal and/or external clients
