    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Identify curriculum needs enterprise-wide, supporting associates across the US
    • Recommend and develop quality learning content in a variety of modalities (Traditional ILT, eLearning, Video, AR, Micro Learning, VR, etc.), depending on the needs of our learners and our business, and ensuring alignment with technology and business support infrastructure
    • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ability to storyboard
    • Adapt style and tone of content development to fit a variety of roles across our enterprise
    • Develop and maintain targeted learning assessments to measure key outcomes
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to produce timely, relevant content that instills key behaviors in learners and produces measurable results
    • Research trends and advancements in the Learning and Development space, applying these to content development
    • Exchange ongoing constructive feedback about content development and curriculum design with peers, supervisors, and other collaborators across the broader team
    • Contribute to a High-Performance Culture by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and openness to feedback

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, and Organizational Development (or related field)
    • 3-5 years’ experience in adult learning and training content development (or related area)
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent follow-through
    • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values and associates, and maintains constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Instructional Design Software
    • Leading a cross-functional team
    • Proven Project Management Experience
    • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development and Project Management
    • Project Management Professional – Certification (PMP)
    • Six Sigma - Certification
