    We are looking for a detail-oriented Job Captain, who is passionate about the design and construction process, to join our Architecture team in White Plains, NY. You will have the option to work in White Plains or our shared workspace in Midtown Manhattan, with weekly visits to the office in White Plains.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Provide site planning and conceptual building designs for multiple project types and uses throughout the region.
    • Prepare Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document packages
    • Assist the Project Manager/Architect in all phases of the project by maintaining drawings and sketches.
    • Assist with building code review and local zoning/planning requirements
    • Review and coordinate documents with project managers and design consultants
    • Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related technical degree
    • 3-5 years of progressive architecture experience
    • AutoCAD, Sketchup, Bluebeam preferred.
    • Revit experience required
