    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Provide leadership, guidance and expertise in the areas  of Payroll, HRIS and Analytics. Includes team building, collaboration across functions and enterprise support
    • HRIS - Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and HRIS functionality. Implement, manage and configure core HR Systems including Security elements. Perform HRIS system administration activities. Collaborate with IT and external vendors
    • Payroll - Oversee payroll operations. Direct, manage and ensure payroll service and functionality. Provide leadership and guidance on payroll matters. Represent Payroll function in policy and decision making processes
    • Analytics - Work with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements. Design and execute reporting and analytics strategy. Develop metrics data and analysis findings to be included in presentations, reports, charts and graphs
    • Develop/deliver training, user guides and facilitate communications to ensure organizational and end user understanding of Payroll, HRIS & Analytics functions.
    • Lead team through projects and process change. Act as strategic partner to determine how best to support the organization through data retained in HR Systems

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    • 7-10 years of experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Thorough understanding of accounting processes
    • Experience with UltiPro implementation
    • Experience leading teams through projects and process changes
