    We are looking for a high performing Information Technology Training Manager to lead our training team to meet the needs of a fast-paced and growing company. You’ll be responsible for all facets of technical training, including: assessing, conceptualizing, designing, and implementing state of the art training technologies and behavioral studies.

    • Meet with all business units across ARCO to uncover areas for improvement by leveraging new technology or process improvements
    • Managing projects from discovery through implementation
    • Recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations
    • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful implementation of projects
    • Define budget and scope for new projects
    • Complete configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements
    • Effectively test changes and enhancements to deliver the best possible solutions
    • Accurately document requirements so that it can be communicated to development resources
    • Identify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend permanent solutions
    • Engage directly with end users as well as business leadership
    • Managing multiple small to medium sized projects at once
    • Other duties or qualifications may be required/assigned as needed. 


    • 5-15 years of related IT experience
    • Knowledge of business operations; construction experience considered a plus
    • Understanding of SQL and relational databases preferred
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
    • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
    • Deep interest in technology and how it impacts the business
    • Ability to travel as needed (>10%)
    • Experience with Vista by Viewpoint, Concur, Business Intelligence, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Ultipro and Procore preferred, but not required.
