    • Expense reporting
    • Travel coordination
    • Event registration and planning
    • Investment overviews
    • Conducting research as necessary
    • Internal strategy and business planning
    • Calendar and meeting management
    • Records management, report generation and document control
    • Business analytics and PowerPoint presentations on leadership messaging
    • Client relations (gifts, events etc.)
    • Communication liaison between internal departments and Principal
    • Saleforce data entry, report building, and system management
    • Assist with personal items as needed
    • Special projects as needed


    • 4-7 years of related experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Master's Degree preferred
    • Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Saleforce experience is a plus
    • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to be part of executive team while still performing administrative duties
    • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Pro-active management style
    • Self Starter
