    ARCO Design/Build is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be experienced managing and building new client relationships, and, expanding market opportunities across the United States with an emphasis on the Southeast. A candidate should have a proven sales track record in the construction industry, an ability to build trust with customers and colleagues and maintain momentum and enthusiasm toward the close of pursuit.

    The IT Support Specialist should be a motivated, smart, and hard-working individual for a non-traditional help desk position.  This new position will partner with our growing technology team in providing excellent desktop and phone customer service to internal clients across local and remote locations, as well as administering, implementing, and supporting a wide variety of technology related needs in a Windows environment.  This position will start out as a part-time role and likely transition to full-time as the office continues to grow.


    • Hardware deployments and replacements, including workstations, laptops, tablets, and phones
    • Application installation and support
    • Hardware support (Windows 7 and 8 and 10, HP, Dell, Microsoft, A/V systems, and iOS and android mobile devices, printers, copiers) including basic modifications and repairs
    • Basic LAN, WAN, and wifi support and troubleshooting
    • VoIP support and administration (Unify OpenScape and Cisco)
    • Manage remote support tools (LogMeIn Rescue, RDP, VPN)
    • New computer/user set up in an active directory/Exchange environment
    • Purchasing and inventory
    • Interfacing between end users and various other technology professionals
    • Assist in researching and recommending new hardware and software
    • Limited travel required

    • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work well within a team

    • Bachelor’s in related field or equivalent experience, with 3+ years related experience
