    Partnered with ARCO/Murray Family of Construction, GMA Architects is a full-service design and construction firm.  Our design team provides architectural services including Creative Design, Project Management, ADA/Code Compliance, Building Assessment and Reuse, Addition and Renovations, Historic Preservation, Master Planning, Interior Design, Space Planning, and Construction Administration.

    • Plan space to enhance function, safety, and aesthetics of interiors
    • Choose color palettes for flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by the client
    • Maintain and update the material library and meet with product manufacturer’s representatives
    • Prepare presentation drawings as require
    • Design interior alterations, renovations, and new layouts
    • Attend client meetings and coordinate with construction project managers and other design disciplines
    • Estimate material requirements and costs to present designs for client's approval
    • Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
    • Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination
    • Consider materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiated project fees
    • Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes using computer-aided design (CAD) software
    • Survey buildings
    • Develop preliminary designs into construction document
    • Acquire knowledge of innovative materials used for interior design
    • Exhibit excellent leadership skills
    • Excel under pressure


    • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
    • 3-5 years experience
    • AutoCAD and Revit experience required. Standard office software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) preferred
    • Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) required
    • 3D modeling/rendering preferred
    • Technical architectural and interior design knowledge required
