    • Consult with Senior Leaders and Principals to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of customized learning content and solutions
    • Enhance organizational performance with learning and development activities
    • Strategically align learning and development programs with the organization’s objectives and associates’ personal goals and growth
    • Analyze and monitor learning trends and strategies, seeking out new innovations to continually enhance and improve ARCO’s learning delivery
    • Ensure effective processes are in place and leveraged to intake learning requests, prioritize resources (financial and human), manage projects, and consistently deliver learning solutions to the ARCO standard
    • Responsible for integrating new learning solutions and determining if the solution is cost effective and scalable


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
    • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Organization, or related field is strongly preferred
    • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience with managing, developing, and delivering global training, leadership development, and adult learning programs in highly matrixed environments
    • Prior experience building training functions from the ground up
    • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, team-building, and project management skills
    • Exceptional business and operations acumen and excellent public speaking, facilitation, and communication abilities
    • Demonstrated sense of urgency, creativity, attention to detail, and flawless execution
