    • Attend meetings with Design/Build Business Development professionals to understand requirements
    • Research and collect site specific information to initiate the land development process
    • Design and draft land development concept plans in AutoCAD for multifamily residential, commercial and industrial uses
    • Produce colored renderings of land plans
    • Determine ability of various vehicle types to navigate a proposed route using Autodesk Vechical Tracking
    • Perform site investigative due diligence 
    • Prepare schematic site plan, grading & utility plans
    • Compile all performed and gathered due diligence information into standardized due diligence report
    • Prepare schematic site plans to illustrate site developability based on learned constraints
    • Perform storm water detention analysis, site utility design, earth work analysis, photometric analysis to best inform site planning effort for cost and constructability
    • Meet with customers to review concept plans, discuss advantages to multiple approaches, and work to define direction of project with Design/Build contracting team


    • BS in Civil Engineering or other Engineering or Design discipline
    • 5-15 years of engineering and land planning experience
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus but not required, ARCO/Murray will support the pursuit of licensure for EIT
    • AutoCad and Civil 3D (or similar site work program) 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Project and Excel
