    The Marketing Administrative Intern will provide support for our marketing and sales department through preparation of proposal books, presentations, coordination of events, coordination of marketing materials, and other marketing and administrative tasks.  Candidates must be detail oriented, have exceptional writing skills, and be capable of independently organizing and prioritizing work.  This internship is a paid opportunity at ARCO. 



    • Provide administrative support to Marketing Department
    • Organize and create capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations
    • Maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.
    • Implement print and web campaigns and maintain company mailing lists
    • Order corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts
    • Plan and coordinate client trips, holiday/client gifts, and special events
    • Manage company website including content, photos, news, and featured projects
    • Manage and maintain social media platform and social media campaigns
    • Conduct market research
    • Coordinate tradeshows
    • Provide administrative support to business development manager, which includes travel arrangements, report generation, sales tracking, etc.


    • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from college and pursuing one of the following degrees: Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or other related degree preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
    • Must have excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills 
    • Thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment
    • Comfortable communicating with all levels of organization

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirement’s


    This job operated in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:


    • Communicate effectively and take instructions
    • Sit or stand at computer terminal or desk
    • Have ability to walk, kneel, use of hands, climb stairs, have full range of motion, occasionally lift office products up to 20 lbs.
    • Be willing to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary
    • Work at a fast pace, while multi-tasking at times
