    ARCO is a premier, full service design/build general contractor with more than 25 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery throughout the United States. We are searching for a highly motivated Technology Coordinator to join our team. 


    The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of related experience and strong computer skills. Candidates must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented.


    • Manage Technology department purchases
    • Track purchase transactions, ensure coding is correct, and submit monthly statement to accounting for payment
    • Review, correct & distribute project updates to correct subscribers
    • Manage Intercall conference call account
    • Purchase new domain names / renew domains through GoDaddy
    • Coordinate transfer of domain names from Network Solutions to GoDaddy when needed
    • Maintain associate cellphone number list and distribute as updates occur
    • Maintain anniversary and birthday list to send out emails in recognition
    • Send monthly network outage & special outage notifications enterprise wide
    • Assist with coordination of Technology department annual training
    • Assist with onboarding Technology department new employees
    • Complete other hardware or software orders as requested, per Technology Support Specialist’s specifications
    • Coordinate administrative schedules  
    • Hardware inventory tracking
    • Manage Technology updates and news announcements
    • Support property management
    • Event scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as requested
    • Backup coverage of inbound calls


    • 3-7 years of related experience, Technology administration experience considered a plus
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, self-reliant, and proactive
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team oriented environment
    • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Knowledge of computer hardware and software a plus
    • Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneNote
