    ARCO/Murray is looking for a highly motivated Technology Program Manager. The ideal candidate must be experienced managing numerous projects simultaneously, participate in business analysis and possess a strong background in technology. This is a hybrid role and responsibilities can shift throughout projects, i.e., there may be times where the position will require more PM work than BA work or vice versa.     • Work closely with the Solutions Architect and CTO in engaging Operations and Leadership to identify current and future opportunities to increase efficiency and data transparency via technology.
    • Ability to understand technology and business process and how the two are dependent upon one another for solution delivery.
    • Effectively communicates with both technical and non-technical staff, stakeholders, development team.
    • Define Solutions & Document Requirements.
    • Gather business requirements via proactive communication and collaboration with partners, clients, industry and internal experts.
    • Understand business processes and business needs.
    • Document business requirements and specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, flow charts, process descriptions, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and data specifications.
    • Assist the testing team in developing test cases, reviewing them and signing off on the outcome.
    • Work with outside development partners.
    • Work with stakeholders to create and refine operational and financial reports from various systems.

    Deliver Solutions:

    • Coordinate deliverables into requirements roadmaps and technical solution roadmaps.
    • Maintain and prioritize the project backlog as per business value and needs
    • Manage project schedule and Work Breakdown Structure, create and update.
    • Requirements Traceability Matrix, track project completion, projects risks, project funds and provide project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage enhancement and change requests, estimate added efforts and execute change orders in a timely manner.
    • Salesforce experience desired.


    • Bachelor's degree or institutional equivalent required.
    • 5-12 years of relevant software implementation and support experience required.
    • Must exhibit strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research capabilities.
    • Possess exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
    • Local travel between the Downers Grove and Downtown Chicago offices
    • Some travel to ARCO/Murray’s other offices (Dallas, Nashville, Denver, San Mateo).
    • Construction experience considered a plus.
    • Knowledge of SQL and database structure required.
