ARCO has an exciting, long-term career opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Inside Sales Analyst to join our sales team. The Senior Inside Sales Analyst is the first touch that our prospective clients have with ARCO and is the foundation for successful sales. The ideal candidate will have exceptional prospecting, phone, and rapport building skills, as well as a Bachelor’s degree.

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development Managers to target and develop new business relationships within the strategic markets we have defined, and, the future niche markets where it may lead you. The main objective of the Lead Generation Specialist is to generate new quality relationships that result in opportunities for the Business Development team to advance and earn new business.

 Here are some qualifications that we think are important:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Business knowledge of the A/E/C markets considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with decision makers.
  • An expert at creative prospecting and solution-based sales experience highly desired.
  • Take a strategic approach to the outreach of ideal customer target prospects using a mix of telephone calls, email, social and other innovative communication mediums.
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Solid organizational skills to maintain detailed and accurate lead, contact, opportunity, and sales activity in
  • Conduct market research to identify growth strategies and make sound recommendations to business development team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the construction industry and its changing market dynamics.
  • Live in, or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area.
