    The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of well-rounded experience in multiple facets of Human Resources. Successful candidates will be strategic, upbeat, creative, efficient, and will have superior organizational and detail skills. This individual must have a genuine passion and natural curiosity for all things HR. In this role, you will help ARCO achieve strategic goals in the areas of full-time & college recruiting, onboarding, and training.

    • Partner with local HR Business Partner to create and implement strategic sourcing strategies for all talent needs.
    • Review direct applicants & qualify against criteria specified for the role.
    • Post new job openings in iCIMS applicant tracking system.
    • Manage & post job postings on external job boards and track expenses.
    • Coordinate interviews, schedule and arrange travel for candidates, and request travel reimbursement when necessary.
    • Lead the full-cycle of ARCO Design/Build’s robust college recruiting program to include: research of college programs, career fair registration, posting of jobs to college/universities portals, review of resumes, targeted student outreach, post-fair follow-up and coordination of next steps, tracking future leads, etc.
    • Attend and assist with college recruiting fairs as needed.
    • Build strategic partnerships with and opportunities for furthering ARCO’s brand with targeted universities including: coordination of information sessions, networking events, in-class presentations, and more.
    • Initiate testing for candidates, including follow up and tracking.
    • Manage background check process and conduct reference checks for candidates.
    • Conduct base-line screening of direct full-time candidates as well as college candidates.
    • Assist with onboarding on a new hires first day (office tour, planning of new hire lunch, sending out a new hire email announcement, etc).
    • Assist with training coordination as need.
    • Coordinate meetings, lunches, trainings, and travel for HR Business Partner as requested.


    • 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines;
    • Passion & pride in doing good work and a desire to make a strong impact on the overall business;
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a constantly changing industry and business;
    • Manage a continuously evolving set of priorities when everything (really-everything!) is important. You can’t get overwhelmed or sidetracked easily.
    • High level of attention to detail, quality, and effective verbal and written communication skills along with excellent follow-through
    • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
    • Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
    • Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
