ARCO Construction has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team! 

 

ARCO Construction is searching for a dynamic HR Business Partner to work directly with the construction offices as we continue to grow and expand our Design/Build Construction Enterprise.  Successful candidates will be strategic, upbeat, creative, efficient, and will have superior organizational and detail skills.  This individual must have a genuine passion and natural curiosity for all things HR.  In this role, you will help ARCO achieve strategic goals in the areas of full-time, college recruiting, onboarding, and training.

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and track compliance training for all associates
  • Manage HR systems (HRIS and ATS) and assist with customization requests, troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Partner with recruiting vendors to create trusted relationships, learn and share new tools, and negotiate contract renewals
  • Create and monitor annual recruiting budget and make suggestions to cut recruiting costs when appropriate
  • Support ARCO’s onboarding process for all new associates
  • Create, update and interpret ARCO policies
  • Work with leadership on discipline or performance plan documentation
  • Assist with training coordination
  • Assist the HR Director with content for HR annual and quarterly leadership report

Qualifications

 

  • 6-10 years of HR experience with exposure to several areas of HR
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Feel comfortable with communicating with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with an ATS and/or HRIS considered a plus
