    The Manager of Construction Technology will be a dedicated to software implementation and support of various operational construction software programs in use throughout our organization.  The ideal person will enjoy research, implementations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for our family of construction companies. A civil engineering background is preferred as well.  


    • Support, customize, implement, and test upgrades for various software programs, including Microsoft programs, Citrix Sharefile, Bluebeam, On Screen Take Off, Kahua, and other construction software applications
    • Assist our ERP Analyst with the support and customization of Vista by Viewpoint and its integrated applications
    • Work closely with operations staff to understand processes and recommend software enhancements or applications that create efficiencies
    • Work with third party development staff to customize, rollout, and maintain our custom intranet
    • Create training material and conduct user trainings (classroom, one on one, webinar, and recorded)
    • Test programs prior to deployment, correct bugs, and track software defects and resolutions
    • Design, create, and test Crystal and SSRS reports


    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of relevant software implementation and support experience
    • Background in civil engineering and/or design/build construction required
    • Must have a general knowledge of business operations
    • Knowledge of SQL and database structure required
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
    • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
