    ARCO Design/Build Northeast is a premier, full service design/build general contractor in King of Prussia, PA specializing in the industrial and light manufacturing project types. We focus on being a true design/builder – taking an idea, creating a conceptual design, completing the full design package, constructing the project, and finally, “handing over the keys” at completion.     The ARCO Design/Build Northeast Business Unit grew organically as a result of ARCO's success and is led by a team that grew up in our company. This team is looking for a highly motivated, talented,  and entrepreneurial salesperson to lead our Business Development initiatives.


    In this role, the Director will work closely with the team to build new client relationships and expand market opportunities across the Northeast.  The Director will be an integral member of the Northeast team and will have responsibility for managing and driving our sales and marketing efforts.

    2. Can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of successful business development experience in design, construction or large-scale, complex technical sales environments;
    3. Have the ability to build rapport, manage internal and external relationships and work effectively across functions;

     Here are some qualifications that we think are important:

    1. Bachelor’s degree required – Engineering, Design or Construction Management is an advantage
    2. A business knowledge of the A/E/C Market
    3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM Management.
    4. Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.
    5. Have exceptional written, verbal communication skills.
    6. Outstanding prensetation and relationship building skills.
    7. Ability to travel as needed within our territory.
