More information about this job

Overview

ARCO Design/Build Mid-Atlantic is a premier, full service design/build general contractor in Columbia, Maryland specializing in the industrial and light manufacturing project types. We focus on being a true design/builder – taking an idea, creating a conceptual design, completing the full design package, constructing the project, and finally, “handing over the keys” at completion. ARCO is proud to be #17 on ENR's Top 100 Design/Build Firms of 2017 list.

We are not looking for the average salesperson.

At ARCO, we do things a bit differently from our competition and our customers have taken note. They like us, and they trust us and they want to do business with us. This is the foundation upon which we have built our business and we take this seriously. So, as we grow we are looking for people with this same sense of enthusiasm, passion and respect for hard work that got us to where we are today.

The ARCO Design/Build Mid-Atlantic Business Unit grew as a result of our success and is led by a team that grew up in our company. This team is looking for a highly motivated, talented,  and entrepreneurial salesperson to lead our Business Development initiatives.

In this role, the Manager will work closely with the team to build new client relationships and expand market opportunities across Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Central PA. The Manager will be an integral member of the Mid-Atlantic team and will have responsibility for managing and driving our sales and marketing efforts.
