Overview

ARCO’s family of Design/Build Construction Companies has an exciting opportunity for an innovative Marketing professional to join the ARCO team!  ARCO is a growing design and construction firm headquartered in in Saint Louis, MO. We are looking for an individual to create and maintain a consistent corporate brand and message that coincides with ARCO’s core values and targets the company's strategic objectives and goals. 

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of strong Marketing, Human Resources and Communications experience.  Candidates must also be extremely creative with design, organized, self-reliant, and detail oriented.  Candidate may be asked to submit a portfolio demonstrating their work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment marketing and understand recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, job boards and aggregators, Facebook, etc.
  • Update HR documents as needed (i.e. policy manuals, benefits information, job descriptions).
  • Design and maintain corporate marketing collateral including annual updates of recruiting marketing materials, brochures, folders, flyers, posters, etc.
  • Help maintain the company’s intranet, (i.e. load general content, keep graphics up to date, track new content added, drive usage and champion the site). 
  • Manage and create communications for employee referral program.
  • Oversee and order associate anniversary gifts, corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts.
  • Assist with coordination and planning of special events.
  • Support promotion and coordination of the company’s volunteerism and charity programs.
  • Collaborate with internal onsite Marketing staff on social media campaigns and other projects as needed.
  • Support the college recruiting coordination and efforts. 
  • Review and update monthly reporting as needed (i.e. financial statements).
  • Organize and create presentations as requested by leadership.
  • Write and submit press releases, job announcements, and media advisories.
  • Produce email marketing campaigns.
  • Work with outside vendors to create corporate marketing videos.
  • Various graphic design projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of marketing, recruiting, or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related degree preferred.
  • Must have exceptionally strong written and verbal skills.
  • Skilled with social media and marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple groups including Marketing/Communication, HR leadership, multiple recruiters, and other key leaders with marketing related needs.
