This position is responsible for multiple HR activities in a high-performance culture.  This person will work with our subject matter experts to facilitate and/or deliver current training programs, identify new organizational training and development needs and potential solutions. In addition, this position will manage onboarding, our mentorship program, engagement, and other HR responsibilities as needed.  This role will be instrumental in improving organizational performance and support key business objectives that drive individual and team growth.    



Ensure our new associates have an outstanding introduction to our culture.

  • Responsible for all onboarding processes
  • Oversee and facilitate intern program
  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Oversee mentorship program. Evaluate current program, work with mentors to improve ongoing development of new associates
  • Work with leadership and HR team to facilitate engagement activities to maintain a positive, fun, work hard/play hard culture


Training Design and Support:    

 Create a best in class learning and development program.

  • Conduct needs assessments/learning and development gaps within our organization
  • Identify appropriate training approaches for various teams
  • Design and develop instructional materials
  • Revise procedures and content to account for ongoing updates
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of learning solutions across positions and curriculums
  • Identify new and innovative opportunities to improve learning impacts
  • Partner with leadership to develop non-technical training program and learning opportunities
  • Prepare for training programs including event planning and organization
  • Evaluate courses and make changes based on feedback
  • Work with leadership to determine need of LMS system for tracking and reporting
  • Hold subject matter experts, leadership, and new associates accountable for completing and delivering trainings. Ensure everyone is invested by creating buy in
  • Monitor training activities, manage content and provide ongoing recommendations for all training curriculums based on business needs
  • Develop solutions for ad hoc projects and initiatives in support of divisional or company needs 



Other HR responsibilities:

Serve as point of contact for day to day HR related questions.  

  • Facilitate performance management by working with leadership on processes.
  • Manage exit process.
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment and strategic impact of HR programs


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development related field preferred
  • 2-7 years of developing and facilitating training in a business setting
  • Innovative thinker, ability to create buy in and influence others
  • Proven project management experience and ability to prioritize activities
  • Ability to assess skills and knowledge and determine what training is needed
  • Independently motivated with proven ability to follow through on initiatives
  • Highly engaging and collaborative style in working cross-functionally
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management programs preferred
  • Design and development of instructional materials
  • Ability to encourage participation and motivate learners
  • The technical aptitude or experience to work with an LMS, online development tools, and key Microsoft Office tools
