We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Technical Program Manager to help us innovate and advance the cause of technology within ARCO and the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in either Systems Administration or IT Business Analysis. 


  • Work closely assigned companies in multiple locations to develop custom business plans
  • Solicit ideas and facilitate discussion to identify pain points and inefficiencies across assigned companies
  • Research and present business case and ROI justification information to assigned companies on relevant technology initiatives
  • Implement software or other technology platforms as approved by the executive team
  • Provide hands on assistance in the configuration, training, and support of any technology as requested
  • Test new systems prior to deployment and track software defects and resolutions
  • Create documentation for business and user processes and procedures related to the use of new technology within assigned companies, and develop and execute training plans to further technology adoption
  • Create budgets, and report as requested on project status and costs to the Technology Director and executive team
  • Collaborate with the rest of the technology team to apply the goals and best practices of the technology team to services and initiatives, acting as liaison with assigned companies
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
  • Creativity and enjoyment for innovation and change
  • Passion for researching new technologies
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • 3-7 years of relevant IT experience
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Solid business acumen
  • Self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both inside and outside of the organization

  • Passion to be involved in the technology transformation of the construction industry from the ground up
